Family Reward benefits include complimentary delivery on all online orders, birthday treats, early access to seasonal promotions, rewards for recycling, shopping and referral

You become a member on the day you enroll in the Poshglow Family Rewards program. As soon as you register, you can start collecting points by purchasing products on Poshglowskincare.com by recycling in-store, referral and lots more.

Your rolling points are automatically converted into rewards e.g. N400 naira issued when you achieve 400 points.

The email address you created your account with is your very unique identifier to access your Poshglow Family Rewards account.

To create an online account, you must use your e-mail address provided at the instore point of sale when registering, and vice versa.

If you shop in poshglow stores, you can visit any of our staff store and speak to us for instant signup. You can also register online – just be sure to use the same email address you gave in-store, so we can reward you for purchases online and instore.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS

With Family Rewards, you can earn points for purchases, referrals as well as recycling

• 1 point is equivalent N1 instore or online at poshglowskincare.com
• 1 recycled bottle = 150 points. With our updated Recycle and be rewarded offer, you can also earn points by recycling your skincare empties in our physical stores.
• Referring a Friend = unlimited points. Refer a friend to Family Rewards and receive 5% of the purchases they make on the website
• Leaving a product review = 25 points

Your benefits do not expire.

You can request for a pay out when you have accumulated 5000 points. With your accumulated points you can shop on poshglowskincare.com or instore. you can request a payout into your bank account, pay out only applies to referral bonus, for shoppers you can only use it to shop on poshglowskincare.com

Yes. You can redeem rewards only online. Rewards must be used in full and cannot be broken to be applied to multiple transactions.

Online rewards must be redeemed against a qualifying transaction.
